The company ASG Elektro Ltd. has been operating since 1997. At the beginning, the company was active in the field of switchboard manufacture and repair. Having moved to a new site in 2001, the main profile became the production of finished tailor-made or small-series steel structures.

The name of the company was changed to ASG Hydro Ltd. (ASG Vízgép Kft.) from 2010 and via expansion of the ownership group, the company acquired a new profile. Besides keeping and widening the already existing profile, the main profile became the tailor-made production of hydro-machineries, refurbishment of machines as well as on the contracting and manufacture of pump-aggregates, circulating and sewage pumps, hydraulic turbines and different parts.
